Palm Harbor Flooded Condo
This first-floor condo in Palm Harbor suffered the effects of flooding through open windows. It was vacant and being aired out since the HVAC system was not operational. Our SERVPRO team soon arrived after the call and proceeded to vacuum out the standing water with our truck-mounted pump. The water, though from a storm, was clean, free of ground contaminants. The carpets in the After Photo show that our team salvaged them because of rapid water extraction and quick placement of air movers and dehumidifiers to establish good humidity levels within the condo. We always try to salvage and not replace building elements, much to the delight of our customers.
