Palm Harbor South Office Flooding
The failed plumbing valve in the restroom of this sales office in Palm Harbor South resulted in clean water covering the commercial carpeting. The team from SERVPRO arrived promptly to vacuum up most of the water and relocate some of the file cabinets and cubicle materials to prevent on-going water damage. The After Photo shows a low profile air mover, heater, and axial fan, some of the many and varied drying equipment stocked on our vehicles, completing the drying process. The carpet, a commercial-grade glued-down material, separated from the concrete subfloor and required removal. The weep holes drilled after removing the vinyl floor helped to drain and dry out the wall voids to prevent any demolition and further disruptions to the workplace.
