Flooded Crawlspace in Palm Harbor
The elevated first floor above a crawlspace in Palm Harbor suffered a double whammy of flooding and also saltwater intrusion. The Before Photo shows the brackish, contaminated groundwater covering about four inches of this fortified concrete pad and the floor joists. The SERVPRO ASD applied structural drying team can vacate this water with trash and submersible pumps once the outside waters have subsided. The After Photo illustrates the previously flooded crawlspace now dry and back to standard humidity levels. The air movers and large desiccant dehumidifier have been removed, and the final thermo-hygrometer checking indicates the moisture baseline is back to normal. We ensure the storm-damaged structure is dry, safe, and secure before we complete our mission of restoring the flooding to its preloss condition, "Like it never even happened."
